Chef Adam Handling recently appointed commercial kitchen design house, WilcoxBurchmore to refurbish his restaurant, The Frog E1 in Spitalfields, Shoreditch.
The old cooking equipment was removed and replaced with a new bespoke cooking suite, fabricated to WilcoxBurchmore design in conjunction with Adam’s layout requirements and kitchen flows. In addition, the undercounter dishwash area was replaced with a more efficient Hobart hood style dishwasher, giving greater efficiency to this area.
In order to avoid disruption, it was installed over a bank holiday weekend.
Adam Handling had this to say:
“I’m delighted with my newly refurbished kitchen. As a chef, I can be quite fussy when it comes to what I want in my kitchen it’s so important for me to work with a company that can create a kitchen to my exact specifications. I’m really pleased with the way the project has turned out.”
On the basis of this project WilcoxBurchmore have just been appointed to fit out the kitchens and bars in Adam’s new Restaurant, The Frog in Covent Garden, opening in August this year.
