Michael recently took part in a ’round table’ discussion at Lusso’s Club Lounge 39 in Canary Wharf with other catering industry associates, all under the age of 35. Facilitated by the Association of Catering Excellence and The Caterer, they discussed some of the challenges that up and coming employees face in their workplaces, including the misconception of ‘contract catering’. All agreed that it is an exciting and vibrant industry, and are keen to see it promoted as such.
