As well as designing and fitting out cafeterias, canteens and kitchens which involve enormous pieces of machinery we also pay attention to the small details. For example, due to feedback from several users, Primeware now produce special cutters for getting lasagnes, pies etc out of their oven to table Flexepans to avoid them being damaged by sharp knives. We are also closely following the situation regarding long cables on electrical fly killers. These are often too long but cannot be cut to size due to PAT-testing regulations.
