This time last year, we were distributing mince pies from The Mince Pie Project to our friends at Bartlett Mitchell, and were finishing off a fabulous kitchen refurbishment at a private boys’ school (QE Boys). We were also enjoying the press coverage from the BBC about one of the projects we played a part in during 2013, the enormous new state-of-the-art hangar at Monarch’s Birmingham site.
This year we’re working on two new build private hospitals in the north west of England, and we’ve got a growing collection of school kitchens under our belts with the ARK schools.
What will next year bring? We are bowled over by some of the great new ideas for bringing fresh food ideas into the staff and student catering areas. Super vibrant, exciting and enticing for the customers (good to work in for the catering staff as well)
