We kicked off the first week of 2016 as we mean to go on! Michael has been up to his ears in drawings having been awarded the contract for a new hospital in Nottingham. Added to this, we’ve been asked to let our imaginations fly as we design a new dining facility for a major Mobile company. The “Pull out all the Stops” solution is the one that we’re hoping will go ahead … very exciting – watch this space!
Additionally, Cathy has been meeting with some of her Association of Catering Excellence (ACE) colleagues to work on plans for involving new and upcoming colleagues in the catering industry network. One of ACE’s most popular events, the Wine Dinner will this year be held at Goldsmith’s Hall, a truly spectacular venue, and there are several up and coming young stars involved such as Ben Garnett-Sinclair from Lusso Catering who was The Craft Guild of Chefs’ Apprentice Chef of the Year 2015, and Daniele Quattromini, who was recognised for his commitment to service excellence as a Gold Service Scholarship 2015 winner.
So it’s busy, busy, busy – just how we like it. We’d like to wish all our clients, colleagues, suppliers and friends a very happy new year and best wishes for 2016.
