Wow, what a week! We’ve recently handed 2 schools back with shiny new kitchens which the students are hopefully enjoying the benefits of with some tasty lunches prepared in sparkling new surroundings. At one school, we were told that the pupils thought the menu had improved, even though the food was exactly the same – just goes to show the power of a new environment giving everything a fresh feel.
