Cathy Wilcox and Michael Burchmore have worked in the catering industry for many years, and love seeing the difference a cleverly designed space can make to the enjoyment of food. They appreciate that the catering staff have a smart, clean and efficient environment to work in, or that office workers can switch off for a while in a relaxing space created just for them.
